Acetaminophen
and
NSAIDs
Should be first line
Unless contraindicated

Gabapentinoids

Rescue Blocks
Consider:
TAP for abdominal Surgery
Paravertebral Blocks
Epidurals

Ketamine Infusion
1-2 mcg/kg/min

IV lidocaine
1 to 1.5 mg/kg IV for up to 48 hours
Concern with local anesthesia toxicity
Consider Telemetry Cardiac Monitoring Requirements
Negative Ionotrope

Tramadol

PCA Opiates
