8 mg in 250 ml D5W premix is 32 mcg/ml
dilute 1 ml (32 mcg) to 8 to have 4 mcg/ml bolus "stick"
ACLS
0.1 to 0.5 mcg/kg/min
My Usual Dosing:
1 to 30 mcg/min
3 ml/hr = 1.6 mcg/min
5 mcg/min = 9.4 ml/hour
Dopamine is precursor to NE
Avoid the middleman and just run NE
Alpha 1 and Beta 1
