Calcium Channel Blockers
Diltiazem
5 to 10 mg bolus or
15 to 20 mg (0.25 mg/kg) over 2 minutes
Repeat 20 to 25 mg (
0.35 mg/kg)
Drip 5 to 15 mg/hour (D5W or NS)
or
Verapamil
2.5 to 5 mg q 5 min
up to 20 mg
